I thank the CFTC and the US government along with the Cross Border participants for all the effort they have put into making the Markets fair for everyone.
With that stated I am going to address this along with all the OMB requests for comments on my Uncleared SWAPS.
First thing I want to say is that for End Users like myself this is all very confusing. I have never had access to my funds. Probably never will if I ust had to guess. I wasted almost 6 years on a repreation at CFTC with my Broker Dealer while my funds were Cleared through CLEARNET to be held at LME "1.3 Trillion USD" a lot of money in anyone's opinion.
During all this time I have never been able to make a draw on the funds or find a way to get any help with any of my issues which are many between CFTC, SEC, DOJ, DHS and Treasury. Instead thanks to Dodd-Frank no attorney would touch this, which I do not blame them due to the fact it took the whole FOIA Division to handle just the MDL litigation, I had no way to pay them as this was traded as a Trust, it was put with a conservator until I fulfill my obligations. Of course they are located in Belgium and not required to notify me of shareholder meetings or anthing else. I lost my home, credibility along with most of my friends due to the fact that Judge Puri along with the Broker Dealer thought I suffered from diminished capacity. That is not the case, that is what is best for the banks and National Security, not me.
I have never seen or heard of anything like this in my life. I am not going to continue to chase this any further it is and has been the biggest coverup in history. I have watched companies Delist under The Advisors Act at SEC which I have an interest in under the Flexibility Act with the APP litigation which I will never see a dime of no different than the way this will turn out.
I have been labeled an Advisor due to the size of my trades, by FDIC, SEC and Treasury. I am no Advisor, I am not and will not register as one in this life time, not for 1.3 Trillion or any other figure in my imagination or yours. Keep my funds as you planned to along. I am no compliance officer either which is what one needs to be trading today or have one to keep you out of litigation. Please sue me or anything else you can do to keep these funds as that is all that is important, not the fact that I now live on SSI. The only thing important is keeping my funds, National Security, Politics and keeping me in a box suffering from demished capacity.
That stated, all the new Margin Rules and clearing Rules should have already been place and the Broker Dealers, DOC should have these done at the time of the trade as it is now done. Too bad for me, I am the lab rat. I am the worlds poorest Billionaire. I get to die in a public nursing home unless I abide bye all of your rules, not to mention the 16% of ABG that belongs to me or the land rented by the US Government for airforce bases owned by ABG that I never knew about, but was posted on the Federal Register which frankly a fishing guide does not have many reasons to be on, however the US Government did not have my address prior to 1993 even though I paid my taxes. Along comes the Paperwork Reduction Act, he will never see it. Isn't life grand, best part it is all plausible and the Government gets to justify keeping all my funds due to the fact I am too old at 67 and too broke to deal with all of this. The last thing I have to say is pay me what you owe me as the world has my address and I could care less about it. Who is the biggest crooks? The Broker-Dealers, Political Parties in Governments around the world, flip a coin! These laws and Rules are for them, not end users.
