There are a series of factors that must be analyzed when regulating Artificial Intelligence.
Some of them are:
A) Could artificial intelligence be causing unfair competition and intellectual property infringement?
B) Does Artificial Intelligence capture data from its users and what data does it use and for what purposes?
C) Can the use of artificial intelligence in some sectors of industry, commerce and service provision cause unemployment and layoffs?
D) What can be done to maintain jobs, diversify and healthy economy and protect rights and laws?
I believe that these 4 questions should be debated for better regulation of AI!
