I am commenting to express my support with Christy Romero on the proposed vertical changes in this proposal: https://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/SpeechesTestimony/romerostatement062823
The CFTC seems to have forgotten who they're supposed to represent and work for. This organization has never been in the public eye the way they are now. The CFTC‘s job is not to increase risk to customers and financial stability. What a terrible proposal. The CFTC surely doesnt have imbeciles working there, so why should i even have to comment on how stupid of a proposal this is? Do better. Household investors are watching.
