Hi there I’m a retail investor. You asked for comment about this so here it is: this “vertical integration” is a terrible idea that removes safeguards for little guys like me while protecting large players, surely you see that?
I’ve read the proposal, looked up definitions, and talked about this subject online with other investors who agree that this rule is gonna screw us all while removing safeties, don’t do this please?
