This is a comment to express disapproval and suspicion on this proposal.
This "vertical integration" of the market (clearing house,market makers,brokers,etc) sounds akin to a corporation forming a monopoly, it makes it easy to wonder how possibly this could go wrong knowing such a move could undermine the influence of both the government and the public.And who could benefit from this other than corporations.
maybe this shows how the market is heavily influenced by private corporations and it begs the question, Are this kinds of plans really made to improvement of the markets and increase the fairness between retail investors and private companies?
