Hello, I disapprove of this as a whole. Isn't this what FTX was doing and found a hazard to fair and free markets? (answer: It is). This interacted market structorgives too much power to an individual company at the expense of investor safety.
As another commenter put it, "[The] Commission should analyze conflicts of interest risk, clearing system risk, concentration risk, contagion risk, financial stability risk, and any other risk, including for example, a loss of confidence based on a perception of favorable treatment."
Do not let this get approved, implimented, allowed, accepted. Instead, focus on regulation that helps protect investors from preditory entities and laxed regulations. Thanks
