We need to release market participants activity to ensure the trustworthiness of the CFTC and assure that their interests are aligned with all investors, not just high profile MMs, HFS, SHFs, brokers, and privatized firms. We need to restore trust in the American Financial Markets and it starts with greater market transparency. We need verifiable facts that establish the record on who has what derivatives open and active, or the assurance that these various participants are actively in line with rules, laws, and policies. No exemptions, no exceptions, we need to access the records for better or worse to ensure the capital markets are fair and equitable for all participants.
