I am writing this comment in support of CFTC Commissioner Christy Goldsmith Romero on Request for Comment on the Impact of Affiliated Entities.
we cannot increase risk to customers and investors. Right now, we are faced with too many unknowns. The immediate risk that comes to mind is conflicts of interest. Like glaringly obvious. It's infuriating. Enough that i am taking the time to write this short comment and provide personal details. Because i am that pissed off.
I cannot see a reason for this novel market structure, that makes sense from an investor standpoint.
