To whom it may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a comment regarding data recordkeeping and reporting requirements. I believe that transparency it key for financial stability, and it the responsibility of the CFTC to insure that we maintain fair and efficient markets.
As of the submission (Aug 26th 2023) of this comment the transparency section of the CFTC has not been updated since November 30th 2020. I've made several requests regarding the updating of this section and attempted to escalate the problem to multiple individuals of your organization. Today it is officially 1000 days since the last reported lobbying/meetings from outside organizations with the Chairman or Commission staff. These topics of the meetings, attendees, summaries of the meetings and any materials presented to the CFTC should have been shared with the public per the Dodd Frank act.
At this point I am a complete loss that this regulatory organization is able to fulfill their duties.
