The Commission should analyze conflicts of interest risk, clearing system risk, concentration risk, contagion risk, financial stability risk, and any other risk, including for example, a loss of confidence based on a perception of favorable treatment.
Confidence is essential to well-functioning markets.
The lack of accountability in the financial markets, be it securities or crypto is appalling. How can anyone confidently invest in any thing when there are blatant corruption and conflicts of interest?
