See the attached document. The CFTC should approve the proposed contracts on Congressional control, not only because they provide important societal and forecasting benefits as numerous other comments in support have demonstrated, but also because under existing federal law, it is highly dubious that the CFTC even has the authority to block these proposed contracts in the first place.
