Gambling on elections? Are these people at KalshiEX LLC serious? This is ripe for unintended consequences. They are fools blinded by money. Designated contract markets will create perverse incentives to rig elections in order to make a profit. We do not need to increase the ways in which money has a negative influence on the democratic process. Allowing this will be equivalent to the CFTC lining up as part of the firing squad taking shots at our democracy. Do not destroy our democracy. Do not allow gambling via a designated contract market on USA elections.
