    Opinion on the CFTC's Proposed Leverage Change
    I refuse the Proposal to change the Leverage from 100:1 to 10:1.
    This Proposal will make
    higher-cost
    for small investors as they will look for Brokers to accomodate 100:1 and it
    means raise of "the-Spread" accordingly. (not mentioning many more fake-brokers will be launched)
