To whom it may concern:
Although not a US citizen (Canadian) this proposal will effect me and may other small traders outside
the United States. Presently this is the only money market were the small investor is on a level playing
field with the big money. Take that away and it is one more way big money gets preference over the
average investor/trader.
Bottom line; I'm totally against such leverage changes as proposed.
