The Commission invites comments on proposed rulemakings, proposed orders, and other regulatory actions, or applications for registration or designation, approval requests or self-certifications related to financial products or self-regulatory organization rules or rule amendments, petitions for exemption, and other input collected from the public that may not be associated with statutory or regulatory notice and comment.
I approve of this procedure.
