The proposed contracts on which political party will be in control of each chamber of the U.S. Congress will clearly enrich KalshiEX LLC - but they provide no benefit whatsoever to the American public. These contracts amount to betting on the outcome of Congressional elections, and money riding directly on the outcome of elections provides even more incentive for corruption and manipulation of election results than we are already seeing.
The proposed contracts constitute a clear threat to the integrity of our elections, and therefore the integrity of our government. They provide absolutely no benefit to anyone save the company seeking to profit from them. The decision to reject this proposal should be absolutely clear - there is no legitimate reason to allow it to go forward.
