Dear CFTC
I strongly oppose this!
I wish the regulatory industry could understand that lowering the max leverage does nothing to
protect anyone from themselves.
All it successfully does is hurt people running a legitimate businesses such as myself.
I operate a small asset management firm and this would not do us any favors with our trading
plan.
