I am very opposed to betting on elections because:
1. Allowing this proposal will create strong financial incentives for special interests to manipulate and interfere in our elections.
2. Allowing this proposal will reduce voter confidence, and lead to a perception that election outcomes are not solely determined by voters' choices, but also by those who bet on the election.
I strongly urge you to reject and prohibit any form of betting on elections.
