Dear Sir,
Your proposal to restrict leverage on retail forex traders refers.: RIN 3038-AC61. Why discriminate against retail
traders? We do not need your help or regulation on the risks we take. America became successful because
people were left to get on with their lives and live with the consequences of their own actions. All you will succeed
in doing is force people to move their trading activities to other jurisdictions.
