The proliferation of ubiquitous online gambling is destroying lives by the thousands and has NO place in our sacred election process! My brother lost his home, his wife and his job to the insidious influence of legalized gambling despite being a good and responsible man prior to the introduction of this online scourge.
How can you or any rational person, believe this will enhance the election process in any way? Our government is NOT a casino! Serious minds need to prevail and this ill-advised proposal must be killed where it stands. Government sponsored gambling of any kind is anathema to confidence of every kind in our republic. Where is the leadership? Where is the intestinal fortitude? Where, in God's name, is the common sense?!
