Our elections are not to be trivialized or conflated with sporting events! We need to respect the process and gambling on the outcome of an election is not respectful! Also, gambling on the outcome of sporting events has resulted, in some instances, of individuals trying to manipulate the outcome in their favor. We don't want that in our elections!!
