Election betting is a HORRIBLE idea! TERRIBLE!! There already is more than enough ‘wagering’ by Wall Street and the wealthy by way of market moves — buying, shorting, selling, who knows what all else. To actually incentivize straight-up gambling on THE most significant activity of a democratic government is anathema to - and makes a mockery of - democracy itself.
