The proposed KalshiEX, LLC (“Kalshi”)’s Congressional control event contract goes AGAINST the public interest.
One of the fundamental problems of our society is government being influenced by monied interest. The best way to organize and perform is lost when monied interests are traded for what's right and what's true.
The idea of gambling on elections is reprehensible. How could it even be a question. Don't allow it.
