I think this proposal goes against the public interest. I recommend this be denied. Betting on our future government composition goes against democracy.
This proposal would undermine our elections and our democracy.
Allowing betting on election outcomes will create strong financial incentives for special interests to manipulate and interfere in our elections.
This proposal would put personal gain ahead of the public interest.
This proposal would also undermine a significant principal of our democracy that one person gets one vote.
