For Your Information, I as a citizen of these USA, cannot conceive a worse idea than this one being proposed. As IF we don't already have enough troubles with our body politic, making it official that our citizenry is a mere "commodity" both frightens and disgusts me. See above. This is one proposal that in my humble opinion DESERVES to die a speedy death. ASAP.
