I urge you to reject the ability to bet on election outcomes. Allowing betting on elections would decrease the already-low confidence in US elections, by encouraging people to treat them as games and not take them seriously. There is already enough misguided distrust and attempted manipulation of our election systems; we do not need anything that would increase it.
