Allowing any form of betting on election results is a purely insane, anti-democratic idea. Such betting would create strong financial pressure from invested operators, leading to election interference. Such betting would also generate political party preference over reality policy-based understanding in voters. The threat of AI misuse in our elections already exists. With the divisiveness seen in our current public structure, any attempt to gain financial gains out of future political wins is strictly an obscene act of throwing fuel on an already blazing fire.
