I have use these products in the past and they are doing deceptive marketing acting as a research projects with air pure gambling. I believe they should stay illegal and there should be no exceptions give me to any product trying to act like a research project but it is a gambling product.
I urge to CFTC to keep Kalshi and other election gambling products illegal
