Allowing betting on election results should not be allowed, because betting would cause undue influence that might unfairly skew the true intentions of the voters. Artificial intelligence could (and surely would) be used to send false statements to skew voters in order for others to win a bet. We don't want highly motivated bettors; we need sincere and careful voting.
Election betting should not be allowed!
