First, I must just say, are you kidding me? Comments are sought to determine if BETTING should go forward on democratic elections!? This must be the WORST and MOST DESTRUCTIVE idea ever!
It would pervert outcomes, encourage the worst behavior from human beings as it involves the intersection of an already perverse relationship between politics and money, among other disastrous and obscene results.
This should NOT be allowed!
