Legitimizing betting/gambling on election outcomes is a terrible and dangerous idea. We have enough trouble maintaining faith in our democracy without adding more chances for accusations of improprieties. It’s ready made for abuse. Our culture is saturated enough with easy venues for people to lose and waste their hard earned money. This is a very misguided idea. What were you thinking? Take it off the table immediately. Thank you.
