I am an inexperienced trader working with FXI. I arranged with my FXI agent to return some of my funds. To achieve this I was asked to increase my investment by AUD5,000.
Without fully understanding why this was necessary, I proceeded to contribute the requested AUD5,000.
I was then told that to achieve a withdrawal i would have to contribute another AUD5,000. Despite repeated requests I have been given no understanding as to why my original request cannot be fulfilled and why i am being asked to repeat the procedure.
My FXI agent is Jennifer Johnson ([email protected])
She also appears to have no understanding of why my attempts to withdraw funds are being thwarted, and she also shows no attempt to inquire with her superior as to why my requests are being denied.
Can you please help me.
