Pollster, party, and PAC employees are prohibited under the market rules, but there are no explicit prohibitions on campaign vendors (and their employees), unpaid party officials, and 501(c)4 non-profits engaged in political activity. They would be just as likely to possess non-public information and influence over the elections.
