In the interest of transparent and fair markets it must be discussed that SWAPS (as well as other positions) must be disclosed. To not do so is only a blatant protection for specific players, and a handicap on individual retail investors as well as foreign investors.
It is not possible going forward to maintain domestic or foreign confidence in the markets when such common sense rules are constantly subverted.
