Rather than continue permitting delaying the reporting of swap/market data, you should make the failure to report such information a felony and charge those involved. No slap on the wrist 0.1% fines, but hard jail time.
No joke, the damage being done to the US and international financial markets by the failure of the CFTC to reign in such activities is extreme.
If the swaps continue being delayed I will avoid all US based investments from now on.
