Transparency in the markets is absolutely paramount to achieving a balanced, strong and fair market that is sustainable and forward looking.

Disclosing swaps data is absolutely necessary to avoid fraud and criminal money laundering.

Having delayed swaps reporting again, for another two years, only really shows that the CFTC is not capable of actually regulation and maintaining its function. If I were to delay doing my job and fulfilling my responsibilities again and again, I would lose my job

I think it's about time the citizens of this country decides whether the CFTC is capable of fulfilling their responsibilities and doing their job, or if another more efficient regulatory body is needed to take over the responsibilities of ensuring transparent, efficient and fair markets.

One also has to consider the possibility of corruption in the organization of the CFTC. Considering the involvement of top CFTC members in fraudulent companies such as the recent FTX scandal taht Rostin Benham was involved with, there should be conducted an anti-corruption investigation of CFTC by an independent body.

    Thank you for reading
