I am new to investing and have learned quite a bit in a short period of time. One of the biggest takeaways from this knowledge base I am inquiring is that SWAPS reporting is being used to manipulate markets by bad actors. As a publicly funded by tax payer body the CFTC should be providing as accurate and efficiently available data as possible in a timely manner.
Delaying SWAPS reporting for years at a time is unacceptable at best.
Criminal at worst.
