The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission should rescind the swap reporting relief letter and resume enforcement action when Swap Dealers subject to capital requirements fail to comply with financial reporting.
Allowing registered swap dealers to engage in swaps when capital requirements may fail is a SYSTEMIC RISK to all of our financial institutions and markets. Get these criminals in line already.
