Transparency for all listed entity types with the CFTC is an absolute necessity, especially considering how opaque our markets currently are. Recent reports suggest there are 10s of trillions of dollars worth of unaccounted derivatives. This is an alarming oversight that will eventually have severe repercussions. As the regulatory body for the derivatives market, it is in your interest to know, understand, and punish those entities abusing these derivatives at such an alarming rate. Please enact more bookkeeping and transparency in these markets.
