Dear Mr. Secretary,
Please try and understand, this proposed regulation of 1:10 leverage would kill the small retail traders and their optional
trading career dream. I have tried really hard to learn trading, given many years to it, but this will end it all.
Not everyone is blessed with hundreds of thousands of dollars to be able to afford 1:10.
Do NOT let it happen. Please.
