The more I read and learn about the CFTC the more I learn you have been vacant in your primary duty to regulate and monitor obscene amounts of money as it flows through the system. Delaying swaps reporting for yet another 2 years was a blatant time buying measure to give associates of the CFTC time to further hide positions which had been buried in toxic swaps and now there's news of TRILLIONS in unaccounted for financial derivatives - how many of these are you responsible for? Is it even possible to know the answer to that with the current lack of visibility? The CFTC better believe that getting a comment from someone like myself from a village town in the United Kingdom means there is a big problem already.
I would urge you to start taking action to remove needless opacity in all areas of the CFTC and it's regulation before the sharp end of the stick swings around and the whole world gets crushed by incompetence and greed for the millionth time.
