The market absolutely, desperately needs more transparency for derivatives. The tens of billions somehow lost is beyond disgraceful.
We live in a society of rules and consequences. If you remove that then what keeps the wolves at bay from destroying society through financial instruments? If you remove transparency you remove accountability. You are in existence to keep order.. don’t further Burt yourselves in denying the truth of the necessity for transparency.
A rule against transparency is a rule against a civil society. We need to keep order and accountability.
