    Regarding this item "Whether the proposed collection of information is
    necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the CFTC,
    including whether the information will have a practical use;"

    You hide swap data and let $80T worth of derivatives come up missing, somehow. ALL information and data should be collected. ALL data should be easily accessible by all parties including retail investors, without delay. Your "proper performance" is theft. Our idea of "proper performance" is transparency and actual regulation. YES the more information that is collected the better and the more eyes that can be put on that data, the better.
