This is a terrible idea. Keep the integrity and sanctity of our elections free from speculation. And does the Commission even have the authority to enact elections gambling? Considering the Major Questions Doctrine, did Congress intend through legislative text for the Commission to have the authority to enact elections gambling? In the absence of text that does do, it did not.
