Changing the leverage to 10/1 in in my opinion shouldbea choice left up to the individual investor as
the whole market is a risk PLEASE ALLOW INDIVIDUAls to maketheir own decisions as to how
much they wish to leverage For Congres or anyon else to say you can only leverage a certain amount is
DEAD WRONG
and this will greatly adversly effect many indivduals and will adversly effect Currency Trading for
many people wh omake their livinjg doing this it simply
is not at all fair nor ethical
PLEASE LEAVE THIS DECISION UP TO THE INDIVDUAL INVESTOR
