As a retail FOREX trader, I am writing to express my opinion of the proposed limitation of 10:1 leverage on trading
accounts.
I O0 NOTsupport
this proposal. Such a strict limitation would adversely affect the ability of many
small retail FOREX traders to participate effectively in the FOREX market. In addition to affecting the traders, this
limitation would also drive business away from American companies to brokerages located outside of the US
whom do not need to comply with such stringent regulations.
