Dear Sir or Madam
I would like you to please reconsider the new proposal to change the maximum leverage from 100 to 1, to 10 to 1,
as I would consider this unfair to the smaller investor which would pretty much deprive him from the opportunity of
improving his financial situation and would likely drive him to move his money to an other country where he would
be allowed his preferred leverage.
