I am a individual who is in full support of elections markets coming to the Kalshi exchange for me to hedge on. Political control affects me in many ways. Specifically The party in power determines my student loan debt payments.. I would use Kalshi's contracts to hedge my risks by Taking a position in favor of Republican senators hedges against larger loan payments..
