Hello,
As an international student in the US, the ability to hedge against unfavorable political policies against immigration has been crucial for my financial well-being. Prediction markets like Kalshi allow me to hedge these, and many other risks. The identity of America is tied closely with the existence of free, efficient markets and open price discovery. I am strongly in favor of the continued support by the CFTC for prediction markets.
