The agencies must present the OMB number on the forms that are for procurement and or
Contracts and collection of information from the true legal entities as described under 22 USC 1641
As the Natural Person, individual. The forms should be even more segregated pertaining certain
Type's of transactions and pertaining to the use and purpose and for whom the user(s) are.
The Individual will apply the OMB number of the Comptroller of the Currency if there is no control
Number already on the form for the comptroller's office, however, all agencies must supply the
Correct Office of Management and Budget control number's on all form's for the required use
for the individual's that are described in 22 USC 1641
